Monday is Last Day to Register to Vote in Upcoming Election

The deadline to register online to vote in either Alameda or Contra Costa County is Oct. 20. The election is November 4.

Voter registration for the upcoming election closes at midnight tonight. Voters can register online or at local registrar of voters, most post offices, libraries and city halls throughout California.

In Alameda County, the Registrar of Voters is located at 1225 Fallon Street #G-1 in Oakland. Click here to register online to vote in Alameda County. In Contra Costa County, the office is located at 555 Escobar Street in Martinez, California. Click here to register online to vote in Contra Costa County.
