New Chase Bank on Santa Rita Rd. and car damage

Hi,

Has anyone had damage done to their car while exiting the parking lot of the new Chase Bank on Santa Rita Rd? If you exit by making a right-hand turn onto Santa Rita Rd., there is a curb that sticks way out into the street. You can see that many cars have hit it and the concrete is all damaged. We filed a claim with Chase Bank and it was denied. We are seeking any others who may have had this happen to them. If so, please leave a message here and I will contact you.
