Pleasanton City Council: 2016 Election Results

PLEASANTON, CA – A total of six candidates are running for a seat on Pleasanton's city council this Tuesday, but only two will be able to claim victory.

On the ballot are Karla Brown, Jerry Pentin and newcomer Herb Ritter. Julie Testa is running for mayor against incumbent Jerry Thorne. Also, on the ballot is the school board race and Measure I1 and MM.

The Alameda County Registrar of Voters will begin releasing results to all county races, including that for Pleasanton City Council, after the polls close at 8 p.m.
