Pleasanton Holiday Closures, Trash Pickup, Tree Disposal
Get a few year-end logistics out of the way before next week's celebrations.
PLEASANTON, CA - Pleasanton city offices are closed Friday, Dec. 22 and Monday, Dec. 25, the city announced.
Garbage, recycling and green waste collection services are delayed by one day next week, according to Pleasanton Garbage Service. The Transfer Station and office will be closed Monday, and on Monday, Jan. 1. Collection will also be delayed one day the first week in January.
Pleasanton Garbage Service is accepting clean, green Christmas trees for recycling on regular collection days starting Monday, Jan. 8 to Friday, Jan. 12. Trees must be cut into four-foot lengths and placed at the curb the night before pickup, or placed inside a green waste cart. Please remove all tinsel and ornaments.
