Pleasanton Hometown Holiday Parade Accepting Applications
The Dec. 2 parade is looking for floats, volunteers, and announcers.
PLEASANTON, CA — The City of Pleasanton is accepting parade entries, volunteer applications, and announcer audition sign-ups for its Hometown Holiday Parade, which is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 2.
The parade will feature festive floats, cars, marching bands, and community organizations, and is followed by a community tree lighting. Entry forms are available for all Pleasanton individuals, community groups and organizations. Applications for entries are due by Monday, Nov. 27.
Anyone interested in being a parade announcer can audition Nov. 8 from 6-7 p.m. at the Firehouse Arts Center. Anyone 16 or up is eligible to audition. Sign up here.
