Pleasanton Little League Opening Day Ceremonies Canceled
The annual event has been rained out. Games may still be played depending on the weather.
PLEASANTON, CA: Opening day ceremonies for the Pleasanton Foothill Little League have been canceled due to the weather. The popular event was scheduled for March 5 at 10 a.m. The Bernal Community Sports Park is located at 7001 Pleasanton Ave. in Pleasanton.
According to an email from league officials, the first games of the season will still be played if the rain subsides Saturday. Coaches and parents are asked to check the weather line before each game by calling 925-931-5360.
