Pleasanton Permit Counter to Stop Processing Utility Payments

The changes comes into effect Dec. 1.

Effective Dec. 1, the City of Pleasanton’s Permit Counter, located at 200 Old Bernal, will no longer process utility payments. All utility billing-related operations reside at the city’s Operations Service Center at 3333 Busch Rd.

The City offers the following payment options for your convenience:

  • Direct mailing using the payment coupon provided with each statement
  • Electronic Fund Transfers for scheduled or automatically drafted payments
  • Drop Boxes available at City Hall parking lot (200 Old Bernal Ave.) and Operations Service
  • Center (3333 Busch Rd.) 24 hours, seven days a week (no cash accepted)
  • Call our Customer Service Center at 925-931-5500 to make a credit card payment. We now accept Discover!
  • Visit our Office at 3333 Busch Rd., with hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
