Pleasanton Police Department Welcomes New Dispatcher
Michelle Pineda was previously a dispatcher for Yolo County Emergency Communications Agency.

The City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Police Department are excited to welcome police dispatcher Michelle Pineda.

Prior to joining Pleasanton Police Department, Pineda was a dispatcher for Yolo County Emergency Communications Agency, where she dispatched for four police departments and 18 fire agencies. She was first inspired to become a dispatcher when she received a recruitment e-mail several years ago. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Sacramento State University and is a graduate of Colusa High School.
“I am excited to be part of this community and look forward to helping those in need,” said dispatcher Michelle Pineda.
