Public's Help Sought in Identifying Truck, Driver in Pleasanton

The truck has allegedly been used in several Pleasanton auto theft cases. Watch the video.

PLEASANTON, Calif. - Pleasanton Police investigators are asking for the public's help identifying a truck recently used during several cases of auto theft.

According to a Facebook post by police, the truck is a dark Ford F-250. The truck has a low-hanging trailer hitch and a light-colored stick in the rear window. Police say the truck has aftermarket rims and wheels.

Anyone with information about the truck is asked to call the Pleasanton Police Department at (925) 931-5100 and reference case #16-16996.
