Pumpkin Mousse Soufflé: Reader Recipe Of The Week
Patch reader Bill shared his favorite take on a fall dessert.
In celebration of Turkey Day, Cooking with Courtney is bringing you one reader's favorite seasonal dessert: pumpkin mousse soufflé.
This recipe, which is from Epicurious, is lighter and spicier than your run-of-the-mill pumpkin pie, wrote Bill of Pleasanton.
Bill was inspired to bake this gem after learning his wife had never had a proper, homemade Thanksgiving dessert. They loved to share a chocolate mocha mousse soufflé in celebration of Valentine's Day, so this pumpkin mousse soufflé was a natural next step.
