If your business employs no more than 25 full-time equivalent employees, the average annual wage of each employee is $50,000 or less, and you pay health insurance premiums for those employees, you may qualify for a refundable tax credit of as much as 35% (25% for tax-exempt organizations) of the insurance premiums.
