Sabio On Main To Host Sustainable-Farming Event
Tickets are on sale for the "Eat. Drink. Think." program, in conjunction with the Good Food Media Network, and will focus on lamb.

PLEASANTON, CA – Pleasanton's Sabio on Main restaurant and the Good Food Media Network next month are hosting "Eat. Drink. Think.," an event featuring expert leaders and chefs focused on building a more sustainable food system.
Jim McDonnell and Francis Hogan, owner and chef of Sabio, along with Ryan Mahoney of the American Lamb Board and Sara Brito, co-founder of the Good Food Media Network, will discuss local farming issues and how these issues relate to your plate, according to organizers.
The event, Sunday, May 20 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., will feature a butchering demonstration and a lamb-focused menu. Tickets are $75 per person, including tax and gratuity, and can be purchased here.
