Sprouts & Shutters: New Mexican Restaurant Open in Pleasanton

A new Mexican restaurant is serving customers now in downtown Pleasanton.

Cocina Mexico opened for business on Feb. 1 at 55 W. Angela St. They're in the space formerly occupied by Amelia's Bistro.

The restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. It has take-out items as well as outdoor seating.
