
It's amazing how many excuses we can create to AVOID the gym, right? My favorite one is, "I don't have enough time". I think that one ranks the highest for everyone. The truth is you do what you value. If you don't include your well-being at the TOP of your list of priorities, then everything else will fill in your time. So the question is, "What are your top five values". For most people it is family, kids, finances, food, and work. You have to move fitness up somewhere in there so it will rank within the top five priorities of the week.
