Tri-Valley Haven is Now Recruiting for More Volunteers

Join in the Haven's effort to serve local residents in crisis.

Tri-Valley Haven, a non-profit organization founded in 1977, provides services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and families affected by poverty in the cities of Livermore, Dublin and Pleasanton.

Would you like to work directly with clients? Check out these volunteer positions:

Crisis Line Volunteer – Answer our 24-hour hotline overnight and on weekends from your home.

Sexual Assault Advocate – provide in-person support to victims by accompanying clients at the hospital, police department, in court and/ or other appointments as necessary.

Legal Clinic Volunteer – Help clients fill out restraining order paperwork in our legal clinic and provide court accompaniment.

***Crisis Line Volunteers, Sexual Assault Advocates and Legal Clinic volunteers must be 18 years of age and successfully complete our State-certified 70-hour training.

Tri-Valley Haven’s Advocate Training is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, January 21st. Classes will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm at Tri-Valley Haven’s Community Building in Livermore.
