Volunteers Needed for Pleasanton's Hometown Holiday Parade
High School students are welcome to participate and receive community service hours. Pre-registration is required.

Announcement submitted by City of Pleasanton:
The City of Pleasanton will host its Annual Hometown Holiday Celebration on Saturday, December 5 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. along Main Street in downtown Pleasanton.
The centerpiece of this free event is a festive, community-based parade followed by the lighting of a huge holiday tree in front of the Museum on Main.

It’s not too early to volunteer for this spectacular event! Volunteers are needed to serve as support with stage decoration, parade check-in, parade formation, parade marshals, setup/tear-down crew, and volunteer check-in.
High School students are welcome to participate and receive Community Service hours. Youth groups such as scouts are also welcome to apply provided that a designated number of adult volunteers participate to supervise the group.

Eligibility for the specific volunteer activities will be determined and assigned by the volunteer coordinator. Pre-registration is required.
