Work At The Alameda County Fair This Summer

PLEASANTON, CA — Ferris wheels, fair food, cotton candy and music every day? If spending your days working at the fair sounds like a dream come true, you are in luck. The Alameda County Fair is now hiring about 400 seasonal employees for the 2017 season.

Those interested in applying can visit the Alameda County Fair’s Summer Job Fair on April 22. The event will be held in the Fairgrounds’ “Q” Building between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

“Representatives from the Fair, Spectra Food Service and Venue Smart will be on hand to provide information, accept applications and interview potential candidates,” fair officials said in a statement.

Candidates must be age 16 or older to apply. Applicants who attend the job fair should enter at Gate 12 off Valley Blvd. Fair officials said most of the jobs start in June and end at the beginning of July. Click here for additional information.
