The workshop is lead by internationally renowned yoga guru Kashi ji. He has been with Art Of Living organization for more than 20 years. Kashi ji is a vedic sholar and E-RYT 500H yoga instructor. He has estimated to have taught half a million students globally.

This is a free event. The session includes yoga poses, practice of breathing techniques, meditation and knowledge, processes and discussion.

About the Speaker:Dinesh Kashikar, Kashiji, as he’s fondly referred to, is a leading internal yoga master of yoga and ancient vedic tradition. With his depth of knowledge and humble disposition, he makes these ancient practices accessible to everyone. He has taught greater than half a million people across the globe introducing them to healthier, happier and stress-free living.Kashiji is a senior instructor with the Art of Living Foundation, an international educational NGO. A Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT 500H, Kashiji also trains the Foundation’s yoga teachers, covering all aspects of the ancient discipline. Born in Chennai, India, Kashiji graduated from India’s premier university, IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Mumbai with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
