• Detectives encounter third body found near Yuba County road in three weeks, second in Plumas Lake (appeal-democrat.com) — Authorities are investigating after a third body in three weeks was found along a Yuba County road, this time just south of Plumas Lake near Feather River Boulevard. Another body was discovered on Plumas Arboga Road in Plumas Lake last month, with a separate case in Dobbins, and officials say identities and causes of death remain under investigation.
