This a monthly support group for persons who are caring for an adult. It is facilitated by the Poway Adult Day Health Care Center's senior social worker, Liz Landram, MSW. Free day care is provided during the meeting if the loved one requires care. He/She will participate in the ongoing day care program during the group meeting.
