I came in here for several facials. I found the esthetician to be temperamental, argumentative and unprofessional. She walked out during my session on numerous occasions to attend to other client issues leaving me in the middle of my session waiting. I paid for a 30 minute massage and got 12 minutes. The list goes on. Overall, no difference in my skin. Hard earned money down the drain. I cannot recommend Better Health and Wellness for facials :(
