Here's the deal after speaking to Vice President of Planning and Development Carl Van Fleet on Thursday. Construction is moving along and In-N-Out hopes to open its first Poway doors by the end of this month.

The highly anticipated and admired fast-food chain, which will open its doors at 12890 Gregg Court, is currently hiring about 50 employees, many of those part time.

Fleet said employees should be "enthusiastic, friendly, hard-working people who want to provide great customer service." Starting hourly wage for serving up double-doubles is $10.
