Poway Construction Improves by 200 Percent

Poway construction activity jumped to six new projects, representing a 200-percent increase compared to the previous week.

Commercial tenant improvements accounted for half of the activity this week. New building permits were also issued for a deck/patio project, a new retaining wall, and a new commercial sign.

While "The City in the Country" fell far short of other cities' growth and construction for the week, we were pleased to observe a significant improvement over the previous week.
