To ensure that students have access to their virtual classroom, parents and students can call 1-858-815-0095 for live assistance with accessing Canvas or Zoom. The phone number will be available from Wednesday, September 2 through Friday, September 4 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

To retrieve your student's 7-digit ID number, PUSD Google email, and/or password, use the Account Self-Service, or https://password.powayusd.com. This information is needed to complete the Zoom for Education account

If parents or students have any other questions, please submit a ticket by emailing pusdithelp@powayusd.com (include name, phone number, etc.).
