Poway Weekly Construction Report: New Homes and Roofs

A few different projects are happening in the city of Poway right now. 

The Trebesh family at 12464 White Oak Way has apparently had enough of their old patio cover.  They intend to demolish it, and replace it with a new 255-square foot replacement.

Escondido-based Community Housing Works has pulled a permit to demolish the 930-square foot community building at 13001 Bowron Road.  Escondido-based Sun Country Builders is the knock-down contractor. 

Owners at 16466 Bronco Lane, 12915 Claire Drive, and 13501 Olive Tree Lane are collectively permitted to start remodeling their homes.

Similarly, owners at 1394 York Avenue and 13535 Frame Road, are about to install new roofs.
