Sharp’s Attempt to Seek Restitution From Baby-Selling Lawyer Denied
A judge denied the healthcare company's attempt to seek $600,000.

Sharp Healthcare’s request to be reimbursed about $600,000 for caring for infants who were later sold in a baby-selling ring was denied, according to U-T San Diego.
The infants were a part of a baby-selling ring organized by Poway lawyer Theresa Erickson and Maryland residents Carla Chambers of Las Vegas and Hilary Neiman, according to the newspaper. Sharp ask that uncovered medical bills be paid for.
