• County Green Streets Help Filter El Niño Stormwater (countynewscenter.com) — Rainbow residents are seeing major benefits from the County’s new Rainbow Water Quality Project, which filters stormwater from hundreds of acres and upgrades key local roads. Improvements along Huffstatler Street, 5th Street, and Rainbow Valley Boulevard include new sidewalks, ADA ramps, and rebuilt driveways, all aimed at reducing flooding, cutting pollution, and making walking safer.
