BREAKING: Earthquake Hits East San Diego County Wednesday
The ground shook at 2:03 a.m.

OCOTILLO WELLS, CA: A 2.6-magnitude quake struck near Ocotillo Wells early Wednesday morning, according to a preliminary report by the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor was reported at 2:03 a.m.
The quake was centered about 10 miles from Ocotillo Wells and 46 miles from Escondido.
On May 3, a 2.9-magnitude quake struck near Warner Springs and was felt all over San Diego County. No damage or injuries were reported as a result of Wednesday's quake.
