What is Montessori?

Montessori Children's House & Montessori Children's Elementary invite you to join us for a public open house.

We are opening our doors to anyone who has ever had an interest in Montessori education or has questions on the Montessori methods and tools.

Come and witness how Montessori emphasizes learning through all five senses, not just through listening, watching, or reading. Children in Montessori classes learn at their own, individual pace and according to their own choice of activities from hundreds of possibilities. Learning is an exciting process of discovery, leading to concentration, motivation, self-discipline, and a love of learning.

Montessori Children's House serves children 2-5 years of age.  Our teachers will be available to answer questions and demonstrate the Montessori tools used by the children each day.  You will find out how building a "Pink Tower" begins teaching children the concepts of addition, subtraction and cubed root.

Ever wonder how a Montessori Elementary Education differs from traditional elementary education.  Our Montessori Children's Elementary teachers will answer all your questions, show you how our methods differ, and how our children (ages 5 - 12 years) are excelling.
