Estate Sale Team Members Needed (San Diego County)

Join our dynamic estate sale crew! We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and dependable team members who enjoy working with people, creating organized spaces, and providing attentive customer service in an active, fast-paced environment.

Because our sales take place at private residences across San Diego County, reliable personal transportation and strict punctuality are essential.

Open Roles

Setup & Staging Crew: Organize, clean, display, and price household goods, furniture, and collectibles prior to the sale.

Sale Day Customer Associates: Greet shoppers, answer questions, carry purchases, maintain room order, and monitor merchandise to prevent loss.

Breakdown & Pack-Out Crew: Pack unsold inventory, collapse tables, fold linens, and load company staging supplies and props for transport.

Floor Expectations & Requirements

No Cell Phone Use: Absolute zero-tolerance policy for personal phone use during work hours. Phones must be put away at all times while customers are present.

Active Floor Presence: Associates must remain standing, mobile, and engaging—no sitting while customers are in the home.

Customer-First Attitude: Warm, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Physical Stamina: Comfortable being on your feet and able to lift heavy items (40–50 lbs) as needed.

Reliability: Strict punctuality and dependable personal transportation to travel to varying job sites throughout San Diego.

Security Awareness: Attentive eye for room security and loss prevention.
