The "Kicks for Christ" ministry offers free ongoing karate classes from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday and from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
Students will be taught techniques, tactics and strategies by two third-degree black belts. The focus will be on development of positive character traits (confidence, honesty, responsibility, respect and dedication). Students will progress through the belt system by accomplishing a standard tang soo do curriculum and memorization of Bible verses.
