This workshop will be presented by Mary Davis, an active senior citizen and third degree black-belt who teaches the course through the County Department of Aging and Independent Services. Come learn about 4 A's of Safety: Attitude, Awareness, Assessing the situation and Action.
Participants should dress comfortably and wear flat shoes.
