70’s Dinner/Dance to Honor Grandparents.

Show the Grands in our life how much you appreciate them.

There’s no better way to honor the Grandparents in your life than at the 70’s dinner/dance being held at Norman P. Murray Community Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92692 on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016 from 4-7 pm.

According to “Education World”, five-million children in this country live in a household with a grandparent. Grandparents don’t just “spoil” our kids, they fill in the gap for many working parents and provide much needed guidance.

Our seniors provide us with traditions, but most importantly they share their wisdom, respect and love-- for countless generations.

Grandparents and grandkids can enjoy a dinner and dance with entertainment provided by DJ, Mad Platter, activities and games including tie-dye crafts and a photo booth.

Come dressed in 70’s theme-style, clothing to win prizes. What did they wear in the 70’s? Men and women wore tight fitting polyester flares and bell-bottom pants with platform shoes and high-thigh boots. Twiggy brought us the mini-skirts, halter tops and midriffs riddled with flowers, peace signs and butterflies. Bright colors ruled in accessories and clothes.
