"3rd Annual Peppino’s Scramble Golf Tournament Fore A Cause”
Join us for our 3rd Annual "Peppino's Scramble Golf Tournament" on Monday, Oct. 17, 2016. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.

Peppino’s will host their 3rd Annual "Peppino’s Scramble Golf Tournament" on Monday, Oct. 17, 2016 at Noon at Tijeras Creek Golf Club, 29082 Tijeras Creek, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688. Registration begins at 11 am and shotgun start is at noon.
The golf tournament is held in honor of Luiga ”Gina” Moscatiello DelGiacco. Gina was diagnosed with late stage colon cancer in 2005. She courageously battled cancer until July 6, 2010. Through her five-year battle of chemos and surgery, nobody even knew she was ill.
Recently her husband, Dave said, “She loved the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life. I was honored to be there, to love Gina and take care of her. It did not slow her down. She became more active and alive.”

Golfers who participate will know they are helping a charitable organization because the proceeds from this tournament will benefit the American Cancer Society.
The fee for an individual golfer is $225 and it includes 18 holes of golf on the beautiful, Tijeras Creek Golf Club. There are awards for first to third place and closest to the pin.

Entry fee includes golf, cart, tee gift, lunch, beverages on the course and dinner
Afterwards the awards banquet and silent auction are held at Peppino’s, 26612 Towne Center Dr., Foothill Ranch, CA 92610.
Sponsorships range from $100 to $7,500, but donations in any amount are appreciated. Title Sponsor: $7,500 includes 12 golfers, 12 dinner guests, title logo on the banner and two tee signs; Alla Gina Sponsor: $3,000 includes 8 golfers, 8 dinner guests, logo on the banner and one tee sign; Lunch Sponsor: $2,500 includes your choice of graphics at lunch location, logo on event website linked to your website and special recognition of sponsorship; Alla Joe Sponsor: $2,000 includes 4 golfers, 4 dinner guests and one tee sign; Tee Sponsor: $200 and Cart Sponsor: $100.
If you don’t play golf and you want to make a difference you can volunteer, donate or just join us for dinner. Individual dinner is a $50 donation. Donations are also needed for silent auction prizes.
Peppino’s owner, Joe Moscatiello started the “Let’s Help People Who Need It Foundation” on their 30th anniversary and the golf tournament in honor of his sister.
“Gina was one of my first employees and the best waitress in the county. She had a phenomenal personality, was so loyal and supportive. I can’t even tell you how wonderful she was.”
