City Hall Now Available 24/7, More or Less
Online service provides access to the city leaders, though there's no guarantee anyone will answer at 4 a.m.
If there's a streetlight out or a street that needs fixing, residents of Rancho Santa Margarita can let the city know about it at any time, day or night.
In its continuing effort to connect with residents, the city launched its new and improved online request system that provides access to City Hall from anywhere at any time. Residents can ask a question, send a comment, submit a request, report a pothole or other maintenance item, and check the status of their request conveniently from home, work or play. Requests submitted to RSM Community Connection are routed directly to the staff that has the answers to questions.
RSM Community Connection can be accessed on the City’s website at at cityofrsm.org. Simply click on the RSM Community Connection quick link on the left of the website’s home page. Or, it can be accessed directly rght now by clicking this link. Anyone who was registered on the previous online request system will need to create a new account using a simple online form.
