We are looking for part time employees for a new studio opening in Rancho Santa Margarita next month!

Working at the front desk, you will be responsible for all "front of house" studio operations, with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as meeting sales expectations. You're the first and last face a client sees, setting the tone for the best customer experience possible. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience.
**Compensation**
- Part Time Available
- Hourly ($12-$13) + Bonuses
-20-30 hours a week

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/ customer care calls
- Booking and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.
- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Maintains an organized and clean studio/lobby/front desk area
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquires, and concerns.
- Work closely with our Stretch Coaches to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
**Job Qualifications**
- High school degree required
- Some college preferred
- Excellent phone and computer skills
- Health & wellness minded
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Flexible to work day, evenings and/or weekends hours as needed
