The 13th Annual Street Painting Festival will be held for the first time in Rancho Santa Margarita on July 14 and 15, 2012. Recreations of the Old Masters and original works, all by noted artists from all over the world, will be created on the asphalt surface of the Bell Tower Communtiy Center parking lot in RSM.
This event is for all ages! Also, FREE world-famous, one-of-a-kind art workshops for all to experience art will be held in the Bell Tower Art Room.
