Gas Prices Fall In Rancho Santa Margarita
Gas Prices in Orange County have fallen to less than $3 per gallon, but 17-cents higher than one year ago, AAA says.
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — It's time to fill up in Rancho Santa Margarita, according to AAA reports.
The Orange County average price dropped two-tenths of a cent to $2.989, its lowest amount since Feb. 21. It has decreased 15 of the past 18 days, dropping 4.5 cents, including three-tenths of a cent on Tuesday.
The Orange County average price is 1.7 cents less than one week ago and 2.4 cents lower than one month ago but 17.2 cents higher than on Jan. 1 and 17.7 cents more than one year ago.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped two-tenths of a cent Wednesday to $3.005, its lowest amount since Feb. 24.
The average price has decreased 18 of the past 19 days, dropping 4.7 cents, including two-tenths of a cent on Tuesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 1.5 cents less than one week ago and 2.5 cents lower than one month ago but 18.7 cents higher than on Jan. 1 and 15.9 cents more than one year ago.
