Have you ever wanted to meet your mayor? meet the council members, or speak to local business owners? This Wednesday, head to city hall.

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Community members are invited to tour City Hall and the Bell Tower Regional Community Center on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 22112 El Paseo, Rancho Santa Margarita.
City Hall will open its doors to the public during the first hour of the RSM Chamber of Commerce annual Meet the Mayor event which will be held this year in the grand ballroom at the City’s iconic landmark from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The Open House will offer residents and business owners an opportunity to meet City Council members, our City Manager and Department Directors and John McCulloch, our new chief of Police Services, learn about City projects and programs, and view recently completed renovations to landscaping and civic center facilities, including newly installed legacy bricks, which support the not-for-profit RSM Cares/Bell Tower Foundation. Meet the Mayor is a free event sponsored by the RSM Chamber of Commerce and will include light hors-d'oeuvres and no-host beer and wine. Mayor Vaughn will present an overview of his goals for the year, and provide an update on City programs and services.
“Our commitment to public safety, infrastructure improvements, our businesses and community events is a direct result of what our residents have told us are most important to them”, said Mayor Vaughn. “It is my hope that those who might not have had the occasion to attend a City Council meeting or visit City facilities recently take advantage of this opportunity to stop in and say hello – take a look around – and meet the members of the City, RSM Chamber, and Community Foundation who are committed to providing the programs and services that make Rancho Santa Margarita unique. This is an excellent opportunity for the community to come together, meet their neighbors, and learn about what is happening in our great City,” said Vaughn.
