Mission Hospital Valiant Women Present THINK PINK Wall of Honor

Throughout the month of October, Mission Hospital Valiant Women will host the THINK PINK Breast Health Wall of Honor to create awareness for the importance of mammograms and raise funds to support diagnostic care and breast cancer treatment for the underserved.

In its sixteenth consecutive year, the event encourages community members to honor breast cancer patients and survivors through a beautiful collection of tributes on the Wall of Honor, located near Nordstrom at The Shops at Mission Viejo.

There are many ways to support the Wall of Honor:

Power of Pink Kick-off at Brighton Collectibles at The Shops at Mission Viejo! Be there for the reveal of Brighton's 2018 signature THINK PINK jewelry pieces! Mission Hospital nurse navigator, Susann Burnett, will be the featured speaker. Enjoy a light breakfast.

Walk for the Wall Workout. Meet at the fountain on the first floor at The Shops at Mission Viejo. Power walk and workout led by FIT4MOM instructors at six stations. Generous retailers will be participating throughout the workout to make this a fun event including: Microsoft, Fabletics, Sketchers, Origins, Macy’s, Cinnabon, Lorna Jane, Jamba Juice, and Paradise Bakery.

Eat for a Cause at Chipotle at The Shops at Mission Viejo. Mention THINK PINK or bring an event flyer and 33% of your order will be donated to Valiant Women. Event flyers are available at the Wall of Honor table.

Brave Beauty in the Face of Cancer at Sephora at The Shops at Mission Viejo. Spread the word to your family and friends who are being treated for cancer. Free 90 minute sessions designed for cancer patients. Discover techniques and products that address the invisible effects of cancer treatments.

10/19/18, 6 pm-8 pm

Kendra Scott Gives Back at Fashion Island, Newport Beach. Shop for Cause and Kendra Scott will donate a portion of your purchase back to Valiant Women.

10/20/18, 1 pm-4 pm

Form a team and Ride for a Cause at Full Psycle at The Shops at Mission Viejo. Fee per bike. Portion of the proceeds will be donated to Valiant Women. Raffles, prizes, and refreshments.
