The shop, open for more than 25 years, is part of Starbucks' broader restructuring that's shuttering underperforming locations, even as another drive-through Starbucks remains in the same center.
   

4. Lowest premium gas price in Orange County available at $5.65 per gallon in week ending Sept. 19 (southoctimes.com) — If you're filling up in Rancho Santa Margarita, premium gas recently hovered in the mid-$6 range, similar to many other Orange County cities. A GasBuddy survey for the week ending Sept. 19 shows countywide premium prices averaging $6.40, with detailed city-by-city lows that can help you hunt for a slightly cheaper pump nearby.
