50 Safest Cities in California

A recent report from Safewise.com states that Rancho Santa Margarita is the 2nd safest city to live in the state of California.

To qualify on the list, cities needed to have under 20 violent crimes in a year's time, and over 11,000 residents, to make the "outstanding safety records" even more impressive.

"With half our cities making their second appearance on the list, safety is more than a priority, it's a way of life," the report said.
