Small Quake Shakes OC

A 3.0 quake struck in northern Orange County just before noon.

A magnitude-3.0 earthquake rumbled through northern Orange County just before the noon hour today.

The 11:58 a.m. quake was centered four miles east-southeast of Yorba Linda and eight miles east of Placentia, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

There were no reports of damage or injuries.
