St. John's Supports Students For Safe Water
Students and staff donate funds to provide water and sanitation projects to those in need.

St. John’s presented a check yesterday to Students For Safe Water, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe water and sanitation projects to villages and communities in Latin America and Africa. St. John’s has been supporting this organization since its inception by St. John’s alumnus Carter Jenkins (’11). With the help of St. John’s students, including Grace and Jack Dennis who lead the Students for Safe Water recycling initiative on campus, St. John’s continues to raise money to support this cause.
Thanks to the donations from students and faculty, as well as a generous matching donation by Father John, St. John’s was able to raise over $2,200.
