“Improving the health of our members and the communities we serve has always been a central part of our mission,” said Greg Christian, Senior Vice President and Area Manager for Kaiser Permanente San Bernardino County Area. “We couldn’t even begin to do that without strong partnerships like the ones we have with these organizations here in San Bernardino County.”
The Grantee Recognition Luncheon also honored physicians, staff and community partners who have volunteered their time and expertise in the community through such activities as Community Surgery Day, the Hippocrates Circle Program, Homeless Service Provider Convenings, and physician volunteerism at local nonprofit community clinics.
