Loma Linda Academy jumped out to a quick start and used that momentum to score a victory over visiting Banning on Tuesday.
The Roadrunners jumped out to 5-0 leads in each of the first two sets, and was able to quickly quell a third-set rally by the Lady Broncos to win 25-10, 25-8, 25-13 in the nonleague game.
Loma Linda is now 2-0, while Banning is 0-1.
