Her tenure included steering the agency through internal turmoil, emphasizing recruitment and wellness, and overseeing the start of construction on the new multimillion-dollar police headquarters on West Redlands Boulevard.
   

4. Understaffed and Underpaid: Why CVS Pharmacists in Three States Authorized A Strike (capitalandmain.com) — A CVS specialty pharmacy technician in Redlands describes how chronic understaffing leaves local workers scrambling to fill complex prescriptions for patients with serious illnesses, sometimes delaying shipments. She and colleagues in California and two other states have voted to authorize a strike, pressing CVS to hire more staff and raise pay so Redlands patients can receive safer, more reliable care.
