Road Closures Scheduled for Bike Classic

The annual cycling race will begin with a time trial Thursday, a stage in Beaumont on Friday, and two more days of racing in Redlands over the weekend.

Cyclists from across the world are making their way into Redlands this week for Thursday's kick off of the 28th annual Redlands Bicycle Classic.

The race will span four days, with a time trial Thursday, a stage race Friday in Beaumont, followed by racing Saturday and Sunday across Redlands.

And with the cyclists hitting the streets, that means there will be places that motorists won't be able to go due to street closures.
