What Loma Lindans Can Learn from the PGA Masters

Someone once told me that doctors love to play golf.

Therefore, we can only assume that Loma Linda’s Inland Golf Shop and the Redlands Country Club, both being so near numerous medical offices, are kept plenty busy especially following an exciting ending to this weekend’s Masters tournament.

There is no doubt that duffers everywhere are talking about Bubba Watson’s big April 8 win and Louis Oosthuizen’s double eagle. Yes, that’s right golf fans, a double eagle.

Please take note, golf pro Bubba Watson has not taken golf lessons and never had a swing coach, according to PGA officials.

Known as a character, Watson purchased the original General Lee car once featured in the 1980’s “Dukes of Hazzard,” television series and is part of a singing group called, appropriately enough the Golf Boys.

For some of the band members, shirts it seems are optional. But no worries, Watson now has a green jacket to keep him warm.
