Beach Cities Cycling Club, Center for Health & Fitness and South Bay Bicycling Coalition are offering a FREE A to Z Safe Cycling Education Course.
If you ride a bicycle you should take this comprehensive safe cycling course. It's especially designed for adults, from beginners to low-intermediate and people interested in improving their cycling skills.
This structured course will teach you how to ride a bicycle and encourages you to develop safe cycling skills and adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Requirements:
Participants must have the desire and motivation, access to a safe and dependable bike (suitable for the road & with multiple gears) and a safe helmet, and you must be a member of the BCC Club ($25.00 a year).
Information: Each Sunday for 6-weeks, starting Oct 7th

Most classes include an optional bike ride afterwards to practice what was learned. All training sessions will be held in the Beach Cities area and class size is limited to the first 15 people that sign up. Subsequent A-Z courses will be held, as needed.

The Beach Cities Cycling Club is a non-profit 501(C)3 Corporation, based in Redondo Beach with over 350 members.
